03: Church Newspaper: A Practical Course for Professionals.

A training course for editors and journalists of the Catholic print media from Eastern Europe.

Place: European Centre of Communication and Culture, Warsaw
Dates: 29.10.2001-16.11.2001
Number of participants: 11 (from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia)

Practical workshops were organized in a form of simulating the real-time work of a newspaper editorial office under the supervision of experienced trainers.
The training course output was a newspaper published on the basis of gathered information materials. The course participants had also a chance to follow the work of editorial offices of the Polish main daily newspapers “Gazeta Wyborcza” and “Rzeczpospolita”.
