Aims of the course:
To learn and practise principles and strategies of creating internal and external relations of an institution/organization with different social groups using modern technologies and the mass media; to be prepared for effective communication in crisis situations (crisis management); to develop one’s skills in the sphere of a public appearance and media presence.
